Los chicos de Late Of The Pier estrenan nuevo single, continuación de su álbum de debut Fantasy Black Channel (Parlophone, 2008). ¿Te acuerdas de “Bathroom Gurgle” o “The Bears Are Coming“?. Pues bien, los de Castle Donington repiten producción con Erol Alkan y parecen domesticar su particular dance-punk del que tanto se habló hace un par de años (Klaxons, Hadouken, Metronomy) y que tanto, también, nos decepcionó cuando lo presentaron en directo en el pasado Sónar.

En diciembre ya dieron señales de vida con “Blueberry” y hoy finalmente se publica esta fantástica “Best In The Class“. Si te interesa, hay una estupenda edicón en 12″ (limitada a 500 copias) que puedes conseguir a través de Phantasy Sound. Ah, y no te pierdas el video, obra del gran Steve Glashier.
